Visualizing Self-Care

I facilitated a monthly staff self-care workshop which consisted of the “Heart and Soul Self-Care Coupons” art workshop.

This year has been so stressful at my school because we have many students at our school with severe behavior problems. Several teachers have been the target of physical aggression throughout this year, so administration wanted to give them time and space during the work day to practice self-care.

They came to the self-care workshop both physically and mentally exhausted and left with a visual representation of self-care.
