Monster in Me

This “Uplifting Voices: Facilitator Stories” video features Jaymie Miller, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Richstone Family Center in Hawthorne, California. A Windows Facilitator since 2015, Jaymie shares about one of her favorite workshops to do with clients, “Monster in Me”. This workshop gives clients the opportunity to create their own monster based on a strong emotion such as anger. Bringing life and dimension to this “anger monster” helps clients better understand their emotions and how to manage them.
