Letting Go of Negative Messages

Participants of this workshop were university students exploring personal growth. The goals of the workshop were to explore negative messages from their childhood and become aware of what negative messages are still with them they need to let go of.

Students stated they became aware of how far they have come, obstacles hurdled, and resilience built. The end of the workshop consisted of students tearing the old negative messages and putting them in the trash, with some stating they felt good doing this.
