Internalized Fear

This drawing was made by a student I just recently began working with. He is one of only a handful of BIPOC students at the school where I provide therapy.

Heart Stories allowed for him to open up about some of his internalized feelings and intrusive thoughts. The participant shared “I’m scared of some police”.
