Expressing How She Really Feels

A 12-year-old female participated in Inside Me/Outside Me during her second therapy session.

She presented with low self-esteem. Her creation helped teach the therapist that she is self-aware, insightful, creative and allowed ample opportunity for praise and rapport.

She was able to express how she really feels versus how her mother and other adults in her life perceive her.
